The Microsoft Math Add-in for Microsoft Office Word 2007 makes it easy to create graphs in 2D and 3D and paste it into Word. The add-calculated equations with variables and adds to the solutions in Word. It is currently only available in English, but by 2 illustrated HowTos for German users also very understandable.
