in my capacity as managing director of the Citizens' initiative to rescue the protected landscape
part Klien "I am asking for information in connection with the
Rhomberg quarry in Hohenems, sub Klien.
My question is: Is
currently Rhomberg quarry, a method for obtaining a new operating plan
concerning the quarrying in the depth of pending?
The Federal Ombudsman has phoned in this matter with me and it is for residents of
Rhomberg quarry from basic

Dear Mr. Hollinger,
of your inquiry 4 March 2010 informed the Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth
that the procedure is pending the approval of an extraction operation
plan for an expansion of the quarry on the existing surface
out to still exposed.
for the issue that you continue the existing reduction in the depth
(from the protected landscape area Klien is not affected), is
§ 204 para 1 of the Mineral Resources Act to bear. is this regard, pending before the Mining Authority
West, a method to clarify the is whether enough of the mining claimant
