Dear Readers In my post yesterday I could only very superficially respond to the problems of world nutrition. The Film: Hunger produced by SWR and the shown last Monday at 22:45 on ARD , the problems illustrated very impressive. It is, however, and this is shown also central to solutions. It is now our job to implement them more consistently, but also the world economy with food under a strict website:
First is the food of all people and the profits. Who the other hand, the company refuses, must be crushed. It is the fact the order of the economy to serve people and not the people of the economy!
Down with genetic engineering!
-> FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRADITIONAL SEED!
Down with the exploitation of the treasure of nature!
-> FOR THE CONSCIOUS OF THE TREASURY NUTZNG!
coated with the low consumption of meat!
-> FOR VEGETARIANISM OR. TEILZEITVEGETARISMUS!
Down with the exploitation of our oceans for our excessive consumption of fish!
-> FOR FISHING IN THE CONTEXT OF SMALL FISH!
Down with all the injustice in our world, nourished by our poor diet yet!
-> FOR EACH ONE MIND WHEN BUYING FOOD!
Below: The text is under the video on the page SWR :
The documentary film "Hunger" tells how people, Groups and organizations are struggling to resolve one of the worst social, political and economic tragedies of our time: hunger in the world. In five countries, often beyond the limits of civilization and decent existence, put Marcus Vetter (SWR) and Karin Steinberger (SZ) the question of why many of the concepts so far have failed development policies. From Haiti, where the destitute farmers were lured by the magic words, free trade and structural adjustment, to Kenya, where the natives because of huge flower plantations, to pay an unaffordable price for water. Why the fight against hunger is so difficult? Fact: are ten percent more food produced than is needed to get everyone fed.
Marcus Vetter and Karin Stein have been in five countries in search of clues: What are the causes of hunger? Marcus Vetter (writer and director) has received numerous awards for his documentaries (including the German Television Award, Grimme Prize). Karin Steinberger (author) works for the Süddeutsche Zeitung, and was for her reports received several awards, including the media prize for human rights. Manufactured
the documentary "Hunger" on behalf of the SWR of the Eikon Südwest in Stuttgart, with Marcus Vetter and the SWR is already the widely has produced award-winning film "The Heart of Jenin".
A frightening good movie whose proliferation is the task of each individual! Already
pity that this film was not shown at 20:15, there was rather Beckmann shown. The other way round it would have been better, dear designer of the theme week: Nutrition in the ARD!
With love and solidarity greetings
